The M3 CS and M4 CSL use a uniquely shaped front Grill (including some aftermarket versions) that makes fitting Australian number plates a challenge. The factory mounting position sits too low, and the aggressive curvature of the front bar offers no true flat surface for a standard plate to sit correctly. The Geo Print miniature plinth system is designed specifically to solve this problem, providing a clean, modular way to mount the plate centrally and securely without compromising airflow or design.
Each plinth is precision-shaped to follow the contours of the M3 CS and M4 CSL front bumper. Installation is straightforward using the mounting surface to sit flat and evenly across the bumper centre bump and grille sections so the plate remains straight.
The system is compatible with Australian plate style, including slimline, heritage, euro, and standard plates, when using the for example KINGPIN Backing mount and cover.
The end result is a factory-style floating plate finish that enhances the front end of the G8X platform. It eliminates the bulky OEM mounting box and delivers a cleaner, more balanced look that suits both the CS and CSL models, including standard models that have installed aftermarket CSL Grill.
